Not while you work with us. Clarity is included with every MerciIT engagement: no licence fee, no per-user fee, no setup or training charge. When your engagement ends you keep full use for another 60 days, then you can keep it with a yearly Clarity Access plan. Your data stays yours either way: you can always sign in and download it. It comes with your MerciIT engagement.
Who on my team can use it?
Anyone you invite. Approvers sign off savings, admins manage your team, and viewers can follow progress without seeing contract prices.
Do we need to install anything?
No. Clarity runs in any modern browser and works on your phone.
Can we take our data with us?
